Dawn Pugh’s business philosophy is simple: “I don’t JUST sell houses — I help people realize their dreams.”  In order to achieve this, Dawn uses the team approach.  Her team works hard, helps others and acts with integrity and honesty in all that they do. They also have a little fun along the way…

Team Leader, Dawn Pugh, has been helping buyers, sellers, builders and investors navigate the Queen City's real estate market since 2013.  She has sold over 125 properties, totaling close to 49 million dollars. Her fields of expertise include Luxury Properties, New Construction Opportunities, Investment Properties and Renovation Opportunities, all  within Charlotte's in-town neighborhoods. 

When she isn't in the field helping her clients buy, sell, and develop real estate, Dawn is advocating for the most vulnerable members of our community. Organizations that Dawn supports includes, the Charlotte LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, Human Rights Campaign, Pride Support Services as Charlotte, and so many more. Dawn is happily married to a commercial banker and is the mother of twins, Finn and Rory.
