As a Professional Certified Coach, I serve high achieving leaders at all stages of their leadership journey, from emerging leaders through C-Suite executives. What I've learned over nearly 10 years as an executive coach and life coach to high achievers is that the leadership is a calling and a choice. It's not a title. And the most effective leaders operate on a full tank, rather than trying to make a meaningful impact when they are depleted or burned out.
