The Carolinas LGBT Chamber's Resource Connect is the only event in the region that brings ERG leaders and corporate partners together in one room. Not to sit through a program, but to meet each other.

This is peer-to-peer networking designed specifically for the people driving inclusion inside their organizations. Come ready to share what's working, learn from others doing the same work, and build the cross-company relationships that make your ERG stronger.
