Resource CONNECT Committee Interest Form

Resource Connect is designed to foster connection, learning, and community among LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across our Chamber Corporate Partners, throughout the Carolinas.

Developed for current and future Chamber Corporate Partners to facilitate meaningful engagement and knowledge sharing between ERG leads and individuals involved in their companies' diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Through quarterly meetups, roundtables, and service projects, Resource Connect provides a platform for ERG leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate on impactful initiatives. It's an opportunity to strengthen networks, gain insights, and enhance collective efforts toward creating a more inclusive and supportive corporate workplace environment.
